​Erin Charles

Bursting into the limelight at age three to sing with her church choir, Erin Charles discovered her love of the stage.  Involvement in school productions as she grew up led Erin to focus on theatre performance while in college and beyond.  Erin has been the lead or principal in numerous stage productions; she’s been cast in more than a dozen TV commercials and industrial videos; and has been featured in several print media advertisements. From a New York City theatre workshop to private dinner theatre performances for the past seven summers, Erin’s roles have run the gamut of sultry to sweet, of impassioned to plucky. Reviews of her various characters have included “breathtakingly beautiful,” “balls-to-the-wall performance,” and “luminous”. Erin has also been seen at parties impersonating characters such as Marilyn Monroe, various bands, and most recently, Cruella DeVille. Erin has been the recipient of a Portland Area Musical Theatre Award, a Lakewood Theatre Award (OTAS), and two Drammy Awards. Erin works at a local elementary school and has a 10 year old son who is following in his mother’s talented footsteps. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
